Feed Flip Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Feed Flip Giveaway is open to businesses and individuals aged 18 and above, residing in San Diego, CA, except for employees and immediate family members of Visual Content Agency “Sponsor” and its affiliates.
2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on August 15th, 2023, at 12:00 am and ends on October 31st, 2023, at 12:00 am (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period to be
3. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
● Allow Visual Content Agency to capture a 30 second video designed for Reels or TikTok.
● The business who enters into the giveaway has to share the video produced by Visual Content Agency on the business’s Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #feedflip within
August 15th – October 29th, 2023 12:00 am PST.
● Follow Visual Content Agency on Instagram.
● Opt-in to Visual Content Agency’s email newsletter with business contact information.
Optional Bonus to be entered in twice and have more chances to win: tag @visualcontentagency as a collaborator on Instagram or @visualcontentagency on TikTok when posting the video onto your business’s social media platforms.
4. Prize: One (1) winner (business) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will receive one month of social media content by Visual Content Agency, LLC. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $5,500. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
One month of social media content includes:
● One (1) brand video (30-second TikTok/Reel).
● Five (5) custom social media videos, up to 10 seconds each.
● Five (5) custom social media graphics (limited to graphic images).
● Five (5) lifestyle images either sourced from the winner or from Shutterstock to align with your brand’s look and feel.
● All videos and images created will be sized for Stories.
● One (1) mood board reflecting the final look and feel of the new “Feed Flip”.
● Sixteen (16) social media captions to match the images we produce to fit the brand. This doesn’t include strategic brand voice or social media links.
● One (1) round of revisions, up to 1-hour by Visual Content Agency. Thereafter Sponsor is not liable or responsible for any more changes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place within 5 days after the Giveaway Period ends. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Visual Content Agency, LLC, to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.
8. General Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the entry process. The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical failures. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
9. Governing Law:
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
10. Release of Platform:
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. Participants release Instagram, TikTok, and Meta from any liability related to

● Exclude liability for any technical issues, such as server outages, internet connection problems, or platform malfunctions that may affect the submission or conduct of the giveaway.
